การปิดบัญชี

What we keep

• Your account: your email, your accounting firm's name, and a hash of your password (never the password itself), so that you can sign in, and so that we can write to you about the trial.
• During the trial, your Levia has a server of her own. It keeps the connection to your client company's accounting software (Levia only reads and drafts there), your Claude sign-in, the LINE administrators, the messages, and her work.
• So that each company has one trial: hashes of the company's tax ID, your email, and the administrators' LINE IDs. A hash cannot be turned back into what it was made from.

For how long

• Day 1 starts when your Levia is built. After 48 hours with no message to her, she rests; the data stays.
• On day 8 the trial stops: Levia stops, and the data is kept.
• On day 15 everything of your Levia is deleted: her server and her data, her rules, her connections and sign-ins. After that we keep only your account and the hashes.

Closing your account

Reply to any email from Levia, from your account's address, and ask us to close it: we close it. We delete your account and the mail we keep for it, the unused invitations bound to your email, the note on the invitation you used, and the reasons recorded on your trials. We keep only the hashes, your trial's dates, and the name of the trial's firm, until that firm is deleted (within 15 days), so that each company has one trial.

You sign in to FlowAccount, LINE and Claude on those providers' own pages, and each one's terms apply to that use.
